Return Policy

MyHoney only provides the products with excellent quality and design, If you found a defective with the products from MyHoney, you may return it for exchange, please note below regulations accordingly:
(1) The goods packing and appearance should be in perfect condition and not have been used.
(2) The goods defective is not caused by uncorrected use of the product.
(3) You have to claim for the exchange within 7 days after receipt.

Please email to service@oh-myhoney.com or call our customer service line to facilitate the return of your order within the cancellation period as stated above. After we have received your return request, we will check and confirm with you for the validity of your request. After you get the return validation from us, please send your goods back to us by in their original packaging and choose reliable carrier ( we only accept freight prepaid ) , MyHoney does not in any way accept responsibility for loss or defective in transit.
